1. 14-Day Refund Window
AutoDS Mentorship offers a 14-day refund window from the original date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund:
Your request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your initial payment.
The refund request must be sent in writing to: [Insert Support Email]
The account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service.
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be approved.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund within the 14-day window:
You must provide proof that you attempted to implement the mentorship material.
You must not have completed or downloaded a substantial portion of the program content.
You must not have attended multiple coaching calls or used private support access extensively.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where:
There is evidence of abuse, misuse, or excessive content consumption.
Chargebacks are initiated before contacting support.
The account violated our Terms of Service.
3. Digital Product Acknowledgment
Because the Mentorship Program provides instant access to digital training, tools, and coaching, you acknowledge that:
Access is granted immediately upon purchase.
Value is delivered at the time of login access.
Refunds are not guaranteed beyond the 14-day window.
By purchasing, you agree to these conditions.
4. Processing Refunds
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Any transaction processing fees may be deducted where legally permitted.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in:
Immediate account termination
Revocation of all program access
Permanent restriction from future purchases
