1. Subscription Cancellation

If your mentorship access is billed on a recurring subscription:

  • You may cancel at any time.

  • Cancellation must be submitted before your next billing date.

  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund previous payments outside the 14-day refund window.

Access remains active through the end of your paid billing period.


2. 14-Day Cancellation & Refund Rule

If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

After 14 days:

  • You may cancel to stop future billing.

  • No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing cycles.


3. One-Time Payment Programs

If the mentorship is purchased as a one-time payment:

  • You may request a refund within the 14-day window only.

  • After 14 days, all sales are final.

  • Cancellation does not apply to completed one-time purchases.


4. Access Revocation

Upon cancellation:

  • Access to private coaching calls

  • Community groups

  • Course dashboard

  • Bonus materials

may be revoked at the end of your billing cycle.


5. Company Right to Cancel

AutoDS Mentorship reserves the right to cancel or suspend access at any time for:

  • Violation of Terms of Service

  • Abuse of refund policy

  • Fraudulent or chargeback activity

  • Disruptive behavior within the community

No refund will be issued if termination is due to policy violations.
